Overview
If you plan to ask the question, we plan everything around it so you can stay calm. You tell us how she or he would love it, and we shape the day: a hilltop at Sarangkot before sunrise, a private boat on Phewa Lake at golden hour, or a rooftop table facing Machhapuchhre.
A photographer joins as a guest of the hotel, not as a crowd, and shoots from a distance until you give the signal. Flowers, a handwritten note, a picnic or a lakeside table are set up before you arrive. Your partner sees none of it until the moment.
Afterwards the trip eases into a few quiet days: a celebration dinner, a slow morning, and an optional tandem paragliding flight if you both want a little adventure. Everything is private and led by a licensed Nepali guide who knows when to step away.
Trip highlights
- A proposal staged at Sarangkot sunrise, on Phewa Lake or at a rooftop table
- Photographer who stays out of sight until you give the signal
- Flowers, setup and a celebration dinner arranged in secret
- Private boat, private car and a guide who keeps the plan hidden

Suitability & requirements
Tell us as early as you can how you want it to feel, and send any detail only you know, like a song or a place she or he loves. Sunrise at Sarangkot is clearest from October to April, and we keep a lake or indoor plan ready in case of cloud or rain. If your partner is nervous about surprises, we can build a relaxed version where the setup is simply a lovely evening for two.

- Spring (Mar–May)Warmer than autumn, with rhododendron forests in flower and slightly hazier mountain views as the season goes on.
- Winter (Dec–Feb)Cold and quiet, with the clearest skies of the year at lower altitude. High passes and very high routes are best avoided.
