Overview
This is a gentle Annapurna trek built around two things couples remember: a Himalayan sunrise with nobody else in your photos, and warm river water on tired legs at the end. You walk short days, sleep in the best lodges on the route and have a guide and porter who stay out of your way.
On the third morning we leave Ghorepani before the crowds and take you up Poon Hill by your own path and timing. Your guide carries a flask, and breakfast is laid out on the ridge while the light hits Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South. Two days later you walk down to the Modi River and the Jhinu hot springs, then finish with a night by Phewa Lake in Pokhara.
Departures are private for the two of you, led by a government-licensed Nepali guide, and the pace is yours. Permits and local taxes are inside the price.

Suitability & requirements
Days are four to six hours of walking with stone steps, so you need ordinary fitness and a few weeks of practice walks. The highest point is 3,210 m at Poon Hill, where mild altitude headaches are rare but possible. Clear views are best from October to early December and March to April. Jhinu hot springs are shared with other trekkers and local people, so bring a swimsuit.

- Spring (Mar–May)Warmer than autumn, with rhododendron forests in flower and slightly hazier mountain views as the season goes on.
