How it works
Tell us where you are starting, where you need to get to, the date and how many of you there are with how much luggage. We reply with the right vehicle for the road and one fixed price for the whole journey. It’s all private hire: your vehicle, your schedule, no other passengers.
Getting around Nepal
Nepal has good roads and bad roads and the difference matters more than distance. Kathmandu to Pokhara is 200 km and takes six to eight hours. Knowing that before you plan the day is most of the battle, and it’s the first thing we’ll tell you when we quote.
What the price includes
- Vehicle, fuel and driver. Plus the driver’s own meals and accommodation on overnight journeys.
- Road tolls and parking. Included rather than collected on the day.
- Not included: your meals, entrance fees, and anything the driver cannot control such as a road closure or a strike.
